Colette Okanya (aka Sheila Komuntale, Kanyunyuzi Okanya)

Colette (aka Sheila), my then fiancé (leading up to the kidnapping of our children) who I loved with all my heart and soul, and who I would have given my life for; we were to get married in September of 2015 in southern Europe (so I, and my family thought) has a great many identities, nationalities with different dates of birth (July 5 & August 29, 1976) and different countries of birth (Zaire[Democratic Republic of Congo] and or the Republic of Uganda) which obviously it’s impossible to have different dates of birth and or places of birth. It is now apparent, I never really knew Colette in our half decade relationship, who birthed our two beautiful, innocent children Helena and Henri. Never could I have imagined she would have kidnapped our children and much less to alienate the children from our family in (last time children had contact with our family was August 1, 2015). Colette is now wanted by the City of Long Beach Police Department, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Child Abduction Unit, our Federal Government and Interpol for felony child kidnapping charges.

Evangelist, Evelyn Komuntale (real name Georgette Gerard)

Evangelist, Evelyn of OUTREACHTOAFRICA.ORG & Paul Devlin Academy (Fort Portal, Uganda) and various other businesses such as Café Linah’s, Clinics, Little Einstein Academy, Safari Travel etc. etc., has many identities like the kidnapper here, and frequently would claim to be a Royal Princess of Tooro (a Ugandan Royal Kingdom) when in fact she is Congolese, and of the Mitego Clan. Further, she would boast her Belgian father, was a noted Belgian Diplomat and Nobleman, all fabrications, to go in-line with her different nationalities, with different names etc. Colette often told me she wanted her to remain in Africa with her (to take care of her in old age and take over the “business”), but told me she would never want our children to be raised in Africa; making the acknowledgement that our children’s futures would be better in the U.S.A. and or Europe. For these assertions, I believed Colette. In my view this woman who has exploited so many well intended Americans, Canadians and Europeans by receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations which would rescue orphans and or single mothers, have for the most part enriched this woman’s pockets and have bought her influence in Uganda. She fostered the environment necessary to make the kidnapping of my innocent children possible as noted on her 9/14/15 N-TV Uganda interview where she boasts of having my abducted children in her unlawful custody and how Colette is there to manage her NGO as well as having started her own businesses; a far departure from a five week vacation and for this reason Evelyn is wanted.
